Mel Houle
Mel is a 200hr certified yoga instructor with training in vinyasa and a 50hr certification for yin yoga. Mel has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years.
She believes in the importance of somatic movement to heal emotional wounding. Helping her students find the alchemy in transmuting their emotions on their mats, as they move their bodies and breath, is a hallmark of her teaching style
